HERAS Plus supported Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI) in developing the Administrative Instruction on transfer and forms of transfer of knowledge and technology, formally approved/signed by the Minister on December 29th, 2021. This instrument is designed to support research, innovation, and knowledge transfer to build bridges between science and economy, respectively society.

The support provided to MESTI and the respective working group consisted of international and national expertise (including workshops/events), engaged in providing a substantial input paper with suggestions and recommendations for policy options/solutions, used by the national expertise in drafting the Administrative Instruction, under the steering of MESTI the feedback/contribution from the working group members.”
