On 06-07 October 2022, HERAS Plus supported two-days’ workshop for the University “Haxhi Zeka” in Peja. Through external expertise, the project is supporting the university to review the current strategy document which expired and developing new strategy that will include new vision and mission and which will help the university develop in its unique direction. For this purpose, all relevant stakeholders attended the event, starting from the senior management, steering board, deans, academic staff, representatives of the private sector, civil society and media and contributed with direct inputs with regard to formulation of the strategic objectives, expected results, its impact and similar values.

The event is part of continues cooperation between the University “Haxhi Zeka” and HERAS Plus, and the results of the workshop will contribute to a final draft of the strategic document which primer role would be to obtain institutional accreditation for the upcoming 3 to 5 years.
