On 25 August 2021 HERAS Plus supported the University “Ukshin Hoti” in Prizren in organizing a diagnostic workshop with a focus on regulatory framework. The activity is in the context of implementing the recommendations that emerged from the Baseline Assessment (BA), developed with the support of the Project. The workshop was attended by members of University Steering Council, the Secretary General and management team, Deans, members of the committee for statutory matter, and other interested academic staff.

In this occasion, the HERAS Plus Team Leader, Mr. Emurli highlighted that this kind of intervention is in line with the project objective to support the public higher education institutions in their sustainable strategic development, where the harmonization of the existing regulations plays crucial role.

During the workshop, the HERAS Plus experts worked together with the University management team to undertake an overview of the current legal framework of the University, diagnose the most important issues, and provide and discuss recommendations on how to tackle those issues. The Project will continue to support the University in the process of improving the internal legal framework.
