The Selection Board Meeting consisting of representatives from The Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI), Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Austrian Development Agency and Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research concluded the final review and reached consensus decisions, based on the initial eligibility check results and the independent peer-reviews from external experts, to grant funding to nine Research Project Proposals.

The evaluation from peer-reviewers and selection decisions by the Selection Board Members were fully based on the respective set of criteria from the General and Financial Guidelines for Research Grants Call. The Research Grants aim is to promote international scientific cooperation and networking between Researchers from Austria, Kosovo and from the Western Balkan region, in the thematic areas of the call, as well as empower young and early stage Kosovan researchers at Public Universities to get engaged and benefit from the knowledge and shared expertise, whilst building on original scientific contribution.
